Eudenice Palaruan studied composition and choral conducting at the UP College of Music. In 1993 he finished Bachelor of Music in Choral Conducting. From 1994 to 1997 he took his further studies at the Berliner Kirchenmusikschule Germany major in conducting pedagogy under Martin Behrmann. He also studied Organ, Harpsichord, the Art of Countertenor and Music Theory. He was an instructor at the Asian Institute for Liturgy and Music where he taught Music Theory, Choral Conducting. He was also the music director of AILM ASIAN Ensemble, presenting an all-ASIAN choral works. Eudenice is presently the music director of the Union Church of Manila Chancel choir and a board member of the Philippine Choral Directors Association.

Eudy’s life as a musician is traced back to the Philippine High School for the Arts, where he majored in Voice and Piano. A seasoned chorister, he performed with the Philippine Madrigal Singers, the World Youth Choir, the Berlin Monteverdichor, and the Spandauer Kantorei in Berlin Germany.

Eudy is also a gifted composer and arranger. He has been commissioned to compose and arrange for choirs and organizations such as the Philippine Madrigal Singers, the Ateneo de Manila College Glee Club, the Cultural Center of the Philippines, and the San Miguel Master Chorale.

Eudy is also considered as one of the country's most respected educators. He has been invited to join the faculty of Sta. Isabel College Music Department (1991 - 1993), the Asian Institute for Liturgy and Music (1990 - 1993, 1998 - 2004), and the University of the Philippines College of Music (1999 - present), and the St. Paul of Manila (2008 - present) where he handled classes in theory, voice, piano and conducting. He is oftentimes invited to conduct seminars and workshops here and abroad.

As a conductor he handled the Ateneo de Manila College Glee Club (1990 - 1993), the Baptist Church in Spandau Berlin Germany (1995 - 1998), the Asian Ensemble of the Asian Institute for Liturgy and Music (1998 - 2004), music director of Greenhills Christian Fellowship (1998 - 2004), The San Miguel Master Chorale (2004 - 2006), and choir director of the Union Church of Manila (2007 - present).

He grew up in his hometown in Lamut, Ifugao Province and is the husband of the former Ann Lagumen and father of two home-school kids.
