Two major concerts that are entirely free of charge will be held on March 27, 7PM at the Abelardo Hall Auditorium and on March 29, 7PM at the Annex Garden, UP College of Music. Both concerts will feature music by Filipino National Artists Jose Maceda and Ramon P. Santos, and Berliner Kunstpreis awardee Mathias Spahlinger, along with works by Dr. Baes, Prof. Josefino “Chino” Toledo, Dean LaVerne de la Peña, and Mr. Alexander John Villanueva.
Since 2019, the MCL has served as a platform for young musicians and composers throughout Southeast Asia and Europe to present and promote their works. Additionally, it provides an opportunity to share knowledge and learn the craft from the experts and from each other.
