The OCS keeps, updates, and evaluates the undergraduate student’s records all throughout the year. Each student, on the other hand, is responsible for making sure that he/she is following his/her curriculum or program of study. He/She is also required to consult his/her adviser regarding the number of units to enroll, courses to enlist, prerequisites of courses, and the distribution of his/her academic load among the semesters he/she will enroll.
To prepare for their graduation, students are strongly encouraged to consult the CMu student records evaluator (SRE) from their third and fourth semesters (in AA) and fifth and sixth semesters (in BM) until their last semesters in their program for records evaluation and updating.
